Error with item

When I put on Ancient sisters I error-ed out.. I know it sais it's not working on the sight but like.. i seen other people wearing them and i didn't have any errors x.X.. so like.. I downloaded the full client and patched everything soo ;P don't know what else it could be

Someone help me or I'm going to another server.. and don't hound me about double posting when noone can help me..

the best way to fix it is either if u don't have the new grf that we implemented on the web sight then the next best hing is not wearing it T.T id think it does anything to benefit so there's other things that are nicer sorry to not answer quickly
